Shop with Confidence

At The Elixir Collection, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To begin the process, please email us at info@theelixircollection.com with your order number and details of your request. We will review your case and let you know if your product qualifies for a return, refund, or exchange.

When Your Order Arrives

  • If your package arrives with visible shipping damage, please report it immediately to the shipping carrier and seek compensation directly from them.

  • The Elixir Collection is not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers, lost or stolen packages, or delays due to natural disasters or uncontrollable events.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Products must be in their original packaging.

  • If your item was wrapped in cellophane or sealed with a sticker, these must remain intact and untampered.

  • If your product was delivered in a sealed bubble mailer and that mailer has been opened or torn, the item is not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Used scent diffusers

  • Used candles

  • Sample packs

  • Mini sprays (50ml and under)

  • Fragrance oil rollerballs

⚠️ A scent diffuser is considered used once fragrance oil has been added and the machine turned on. A candle is considered used once the box has been opened—even before it is lit.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require:

  • A receipt, or

  • Proof of purchase, or

  • Your order confirmation number.

Refunds & Restocking Fee

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items, promotions, or purchases made using a discount code are not refundable.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days (please allow up to 21 days for processing).

Gift Purchases

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received.

  • If the gift was not marked as such or shipped to the purchaser, the refund will go directly to the gift giver.

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased your product from a retailer other than www.TheElixirCollection.com, please contact that retailer directly. The Elixir Collection can only process returns for items purchased through our official website.
